Architectural Services

On a variety of building types, Range Architecture can provide the following architectural services:

• Feasibility Studies:

  Range Architecture will support the Client in evaluating the viability of their design project. This includes developing budgets, building programs, reviews of potential sites and zoning analysis.

• Schematic Design:

  Collaborate with the Client to establish their project requirements, goals and vision. 3D models are used to capture and translate physical drawings of scale and space to illustrate the basic concept of the design.

• Design Development and Construction Documents:

Design drawings and specs are finalized with the engineering team to include the materials, dimensions, and relevant details for the construction team. These drawings are used for the contractor bidding process and for the municipality building permit application. This includes a full set of architectural drawings, as well as the coordination and the submission of engineering drawings.

• Bidding & Negotiation:

Range Architecture can assist clients create a list of qualified contractors, coordinate bidding, review and analyze submitted bids, and act as the point of contact. We’ll review budgets and assist with our client’s construction contracts.

• Construction and Contract Administration:

  Esure our clients’ construction is in conformance with design plans and contract documents. Regular site visits allow us to address any field conditions that may arise during construction. We’ll review contractor’s payment applications and prepare certificates for payment.

Range Architecture can prepare a project specific fee proposal outlining the scope of work, a proposed schedule, and a detailed work plan of the architectural services for our client’s review.

Range Architecture can also provide project management consulting services to support clients with coordinating specialized builds, finalize budgets, correspond with funders and municipalities, as well as other unique requirements.
